St. Louis Pork Ribs recipe



Ingredients
-Pork ribs
-Salt
-Oil
-Garlic
-Parsley
-Vinegar
-Mustard
-Coke
-Ketchup


To begin with the preparation of the barbecue sauce, put the vinegar in a pot and start to cook it. When the vinegar boils add mustard, coke and ketchup.

Secondly, put some salt in the pork ribs and mix oil, garlic and parsley separately. Then cover the ribs with the mixture and add some more oil.

After that, preheat the oven at 200ºC and cook the ribs between 35 and 40 minutes. Add the barbecue sauce on the ribs every ten minutes with a special brush. When one side of the ribs is cooked enough, turn them. Each side needs about 20 minutes. When both sides are cooked, take it out from the oven. Finally, add more barbecue sauce and serve.
